Dreams of a sauna
There are days were I dream of the saunas and sweat lodges. Not in the sense of taking me back to the worldly pursuits. Just the warmth.
Mildly I could live a fourth or half of my day in a sauna. I love the warm humidity and the steam. Just how good it is to sweat off the impurities that may be in your skin or lungs. Just miss my days where I could just go and sit in one.
It was always nice that my parents knew where I was and if I was not with my friends outside I was in the facilities sauna. I felt renewed to the sense of no wheezing, no feeling of always cold (even in summer) and clean.
One day I want were I can go to a sauna every day. See I don't need a pool or a hot tub. Just a sauna. One day I will have my moments.
Not caring how long I am there. My obligations will not be pressing me until I open that door. Truly look forward to it even if it is for one day. Or a weekend. Seems ridiculous but it is a hope.
Not asking anyone to be there. Just asking for one day in a sauna. Forget the "spa" experience. Just a sauna then a scalding hot shower and a walk in nature. Possibility even a grand meal. Yet I am not pushing.
Yeah today the lounging in a sauna sounds delightful. What do you think?
