Naps

Naps are good for healing, restoring and forgetting. It helps stretch the stress out of you so you can feel revived.

That calm and quick to respond towards anything is so rejuvenating. A simple piece of life that I see happening more often. So joyful I am for these moments of late.

The rest. Too much stress helps me eat less and less which in turn makes weight shed. Yet is it healthy? No. My soul is taking a beating and my spirit falls.

Oh how I close my eyes for a moment and dream of a journey to India. The image of the places I want to see. Indeed.

Naps are good for the cleansing of self. Refreshing and motivating.

A simple yet defining part of life. At least for me. For it reminds me of the goals I want to obtain. India. Greece.

Indeed plans are set. Soon.

Yet right now my eyes beg for more rest.
