morning joys

Warm air presses against my face as I peek outside. It is going to be a good day for sure.

Dressed now. The movement of the day is rolling and the time is unfolding. Indeed today will be a grand gesture of what follows. I am bouncing down the hallway and laughing. Caught off guard by the cat who is attacking my feet.

Hair still wet and feet shimming down to the door.

I just stand here. Breathing. Giddy and loving every second. I have no clue what today holds but it is all mine and I am loving it.

So do what you want. Enjoy the day. Time will allow the joy to break free. So here dance with me on this spot. A slow twirl of happiness.  I smile.

Then off I should be going. Grabbing  a free coffee and just taking my time.

Slowing down the day and bringing back the joy and hope I hold so close to me. Indeed many are there.

So hug me in a dream. Laugh with me now. Dance with me in the rain. Kiss me like the sun.

I dare you.

giggling. Out the door I go in a few seconds. smiling.
