A beautiful morn
A new day begins and begs for the sky to stay clear. Yet the known possibilities form and the downpour began. A simple plea emerges from plants and leaves. Even the birds cuddled down in the nests sing praise to the wetting of life.
And me.
Opening the eyes to the daylight streaming into my room. No sense of oversleeping. Just the enjoyment of a solid good night. Peaceful and rested. The stretching of the mind and limbs are in process. The relaxation has begun.
I am appreciative of the waking. I give my prayer of thanksgiving to Jehovah. The small whispered one. Yet I am grateful. This silence I hold this morning, ah so great. The new day has begun for me. A delightful morn.
Single steps I walk to take in all the beautified details. Even those that seem stuck in a moment. Engulfed in the hopes that the straining hearing is finally commenced. Then to finally be able to place my hearing aid back into my ear.
I understand the reminders of what I am without mechanical parts but still they enhance the heart for beauty given. Such as the birds singing. The bugs chirping. Even the rain hitting the windshield as I drive. Even the air as it whistles the strands of ginger across my face.
All those years I just felt it. Not really heard it.
And now, I am just grateful for the opportunity to experience the live music of life. And for this day, I am grateful to be able to relax before the rush of the day expands. New heights unload upon my head.
Just inhale, exhale and find my pose for the day. Lean into the hopes, dreams and not letting the reality harm or harden my spirit. So please allow a moment of peace to enter your day. Whether it be to entertain the mind for moments of a flashback memory or the actually capability to walk away from a heated situation. Moreover the access to just lay back and find your calm. Even more is the hope that you find the right kind of whatever to keep you strong. May it be hopes, goals or dreams. Cling. Live. Learn.
But never give up.
