Key points

Today I found myself staring at frustrations and yet I worked off the nuisances of those actions. Finding peace from going my pace and making life stronger. A good prayer is what helps. Then talking to others in the moment of peril.

Truly what can make a horrible day go smooth like buttered icing. Just as sweet too. This bit of sunshine in the bitterness of callous environments is just the push I needed to keep holding my head up.

Even more so are the ideas of making cupcakes. Salted caramel mocha cupcakes. Yum. I haven't wanted to bake much lately but it seems that October really is my month. I have started many grand adventures in this month and now I am rekindling my love of baking for people.

First it was spiritual food. Then it was painting, expanding into my love of tiles. Onward to making paintings for people. Then I finally got back into making jewelry again. Finding the twists and turns. Rolling the metal the way I want it to go. Not really pinpointing the work towards anyone. Just being creative. Now it is the baking.

A slight smile comes over my face as I recall sugar cookies. Nice and fluffy. Handed to a good friend. Yeah it was kindness in that memory.

And now I am watching something that just tears me up from joy, of course. Enjoying the settling before I jump into the kitchen.

Indeed just smiling and being grateful to where I am now. Content and moving forward. So my friends be comforting to yourself.  Grow and learn what you love best about yourself. On your own.

Find that peace within yourself. The calm that gives you release and keeps you happy. Don't forget to show the people you love how much you want them in your life. That is key to being at peace.

I know that.
