A noted idea

You realize when you are sitting in a bath of nice hot water and having a ginger tonic with clay mixture in you will feel good in the night.

Although with this being said it is also noted to afterwards find a way to stay hydrated  because the ginger and clay removes the toxins from the system as well as you must put water back in the body.

So I relax in this water for quite a while writing and reading. Swishing the water over me as I grip every word in the book I am reading.

A slow down of the day and a very uplifting one.  A thought to bring steadiness into my night and to follow through on just tuning myself into what my soul is saying.  Demanding all other noises to halt except that of dripping water and bubble popping.

A nice ending and yet I still have the rest of my movie to finish. This slow detoxifying method calms the heart and soothes the spirit. All the while allowing the mind to meditate and enjoy a well written story.

So here I smile with all those who just need a moment for themselves. Take a bath. Read a book. Or for that matter drink a glass of wine and place a warm washcloth over your face.

Relax. Be soothing to your soul and spirit. Enhance your mind only towards those seconds of joy.

So smile with me as I laugh in the moments of my book. Close the mind to just those words or those memories. Be happy.

And just breathe.
