Jehovah found me
Think of the one word, one person
who used to tear you down. Rip you to
pieces. What can you do for them now?
Love, understanding and patience.
Time to walk away from their cruelty.
The violence they spat on you. Feels
good to finally stand tall again.
Strength and courage.
Gentle is the spirit inside. Vying for
tenderness. Only asking from one.
Kindness and long suffering.
Tiny are the thoughts. A million
words dance across history. Not once
did I ask for a voice, a name and
yet here I am.
Asking for love.
Humble I am. For I do
not want to claim to anything except
to finally, offically state I am
one of Jehovah's people.
So grateful. Always proving
self worthy in Jehovah's eyes,
for all else who brag - don't see.
Jehovah found me.
Jehovah brought me home to
my family.
