Come visit

  What to say after a grand day of friends, smiles
and adventures? Still here I sit thinking about work.
I know nothing is going to pull that smile off my face.

  Anything that attacks my day will be brushed off.

  Standing under artificial light I walk down a dark
hallway. My eyes dance over the colorful room.
Hoping to pick out a cute uniform to apply.

   Now the waterfall cascades down and my eyes
close for the brief illusions. Senses alerted of warm
almonds, mint and citrus.

   Soft cotton absorbs moisture and cocoa adds once
more. Intake of the aromas calms the soul, soothing
the mind even more of the stresses. Then gives way
to a small prayer to Jehovah for taking care of me.
Removing the anxieties and worries that I have
compiled about family. Easing me into a day full of
strength and courage to accomplish all that enters
my doorway.

   Locating the frills of a silly girl and the specified
uniform I begin to address the sparkling blue eyes.
They may be hidden by olive, oval frames but they
still shine bright. Also attending the pale, freckled
cheekbones that are spread wide from a shy grin.

   Hmm just a splash of blueberry lotion and off
I go.

   Ready to approach exit and dance through the
day. Gaining more and more joy from every step,
choice I make.

  So are you with me? Come join me in my happiness.
See my face light up when I see you. Yes I do so
enjoy seeing family and friends. So come, visit me.
