A sweet knot removed

Softly paleness slips between cotton and silk. Lace
overruns deep curves and slender bones. Ah how
the throat no longer is choked by layers of material.

A sigh vibrates as cold water coats a warm interior.
Gently I massage fingers, palms with a scent of cocoa
butter and brazil nut. So much tantalizes senses to
become so calmed, so relaxed. An ever needed
response after a chaotic day.

No longer are the fingertips cracked from
overworking, over rinsing. Grateful for one simple
reminder that I must seek out a massage soon. To
have all knots, tension removed from soul.

A completely enjoyable vacation moment even if
it is only a day to pamper self. Would love to see self
in a stress free environment even if only for one
hour of one day. Maybe once a week. What do you
think? A day, a hour, a few minutes to feel stress
free, would you like that too? For me as well?

Ah drifting back to realize that dreams do come
true eventually. So if I am not selfish I might be
able to hope someday this dream will be served to
me. Oh I hope.

Company would be delightful. To share my mini
vacation moments with a friend, yes indeed a selfless
hope, right?

Hmm mind soothed over as a vanilla candle is
burned nearby. Absorbing all toxins created in one
room over.

Soon I must extinguish for eyes are beginning to
close more often. Blinking to recall last line written on,
all a blur.

Snapping closed a thought only to add it to
another list beside bed for a discussion later. Perhaps
one hint: a hug.

Dare I fall asleep with this on mind? Oh no no.
Jehovah takes it away. No anxious moments to feel,
to harm sleep. Only softly whispering in air and
finally laying pen to rest. Not another word after this
poem until the bright blue skies beckon my eyes
a good morning.

So my dear one: hope that splendid dreams cross
over minds as memories cause a shy smile to crease
over a freckled face.

Jarring me alert for the next adventure I pursue.
So did you say good night Mary. Sleep tight and dream
well on the darkened morning wind?
