A unique scene
Tiny are the steps in life. Still they are steps.
Continue tapping foot to melody and words I shout
out into the room. Ah how relaxing to release
tension. Writing words that rumble inside my
head.
Small echoes drift in and out of ears. Softly I
sway to the colors in my memories. The eyes are
closed as I recall all that has become a soft
barrier, a catch all. Eventually all sifts down to
a finer grain. One particle to another.
Sorry if I fail to make sense today. Ah how the
right sighs and sharp intakes energize the legs,
the mind. Beckoning the heart to stay stationary,
become a distant organ that even methaphorically
is cold. A stone that feels but doesn't really act.
One time I would have pushed, screamed and
kicked but silence is golden as many say. Often
time tons better. Tears are all over. They fall
down, over freckles causing a pinking over paleness.
Learning how to be patient, learning how to
love and learning of the ways to trust others. To
this I am brave. Many who really know me,
understand my hesitation on trust.
A whisper vibrates on my rosy, full lips. Begging
to allow a question to be asked. How do
I let it slip out of my throat into the stillness of
the stale air?
What shall I do for now?
How will the gentleness inside, finally, become
bold enough to branch out? How do I begin to rave
about all the grandness of who Jehovah helped
me chose to become? Constantly I thank Jehovah
for his beautiful work, his giving of wondrous
gifts, talents to me and always surprising me
in the most sincerest ways.
So when I feel refreshed, confident I so hope
you, too, will see how wonderful I am. I know
Jehovah certainly does.
Smiling. Feeling of the darkened sky hugging
the concrete, still a mysterious, unique scene in itself.
I give gratitude to Jehovah for once again
using his colorful, creative palette.
So I am smiling for all to see. I know Jehovah
sees that I enjoyed every glance I got from viewing
into the navy blue sky.
My slate blue twinkle just as the stars do. For my
joy, I hope your gemstones do too!
