Joy

   Large wonders say hello to me
today. Open my eyes to the warm
kindness of the morning dew.

   Softly the scents of alert
become known in my mind.
   Careful how the world comes awake
from dawn.

  How can I deny my eyes
the greatest pieces of happiness?
The desire that wants to tell
all of my creator, Jehovah.

  Now, only, to wait. To give
informal opportunities a chance.
To give all that I see, thoughts
to ponder - Scriptures and to God.

   Hmm how fascinating to
listen, to hear their concerns
too.

   I rejoice knowing I spoke to
at least two people every day.

   Joy and a smile creases over
my cheeks.
