A moment in the air

   Feel the pain flow
deep out of me. The
soothing washing. All the
thunder rumbling.

  Lights flash. Glowing colors
radiate from my skin.

   So sensitive.

   Rain was the only
promise given, the only
way I knew you heard.

   To see, feel. Warm and
cool combined. Breeze raises
hair. Comforts the soul.

  Hear my heart beat loudly.
Every beat slowing as
drops sing tiny crystals
shattering.

   Broken I once was.
Now walking whole.

  Saddened by a memory.
Now figured out best to
push away. Gain strength.

   Oh how I am happy for
the tears that fall. Hiding.
Keep forward, I push, even
though tugging me is
recalling you. In my heart,
my soul, my memories.

   Hmm best to send kisses
through the night air. To
loosen those images.
To forget of the hard, the
lies and to forgive you of
your empty promises. Lost
in the green eyes, the lies.

   Rain, breeze. A calm
moment, walk to shush
you, your memory. Flush
you out!
