Coming home

    A soothing discovery.
Soft words spoken in joy.
I know you listen, read.

    I hope that wellness is
due on your part.

    Twirling a strand of
vibrant red in between
my small fingers, I think of
a smile. A few words I
say in haste.

   Running off to
hurry then stop. A laughter
that echoes down
the staircase.

   Happy are the times.
Good to breathe and
say name without hurt
attached. Who else can
it be but Jehovah.

   My eyes may water
but I am so happy that
both improve. More
  forward.

    Oh how I want to
dance circles around
in joy. Am I silly or
no?

    Soon. Soon. I get to
be overjoyed in a crowd
  over you coming home.

   So grand, right?
