Laughter in gesture
Laugh with me as I want to run down and give
huge hug to someone. Only all I did was say thank
you. La.
Holding onto a time when I can voice it louder.
A curtesy is welcomed. Now a gentle flower settled
nearby. An acceptance too?
Would you look if said to? Not sure if boldness
would be clear or if friendship twisted. Need none
of that to be heard. Just a generous tip of the hat.
Tiny words cling to a hello yet the voice stays
quiet. Small is the whisper of name. Giddy is the
child inside. Awaiting the game to begin, yet none
is there. Just tickles that cause ripples to vibrate
and loud giggles to escape.
Tonight I will press my head up to the drawing
of sunlight just behind buildings. Oh a sigh will once
again escape rosy lips. Then tiptoe to staircase to
watch more twinkling stars shine.
I hope that the smiles continue. The quirkiness
of me shines brighter from them.
So dear friend I hope the gift of friendship
proudly displays colorful rings of joy. You think?
Hmm. One petal of rosy pink hues seated near
my eyes. A silly gesture of children but a small
wispy smirk please all.
To hug one person would mean so much but the
voice even greater. Once.
