Breathing in a circle

Emptying the mind of all thoughts but
one: to just breathe.

     Inhale deeply. Exhale slowly.
Softly whisper the thanks to Jehovah
for relaxing the soul of anxiety. Tearing
away the negativity that begged for tears
to fall.

Oh Jehovah I am strong because of
you. I am calm because of your love. I am
gentle because of your kindness. Oh
Jehovah thank you.

Seated upon a hard wooden chair
I absorb the scenery. The watering of
the earth has ceased for the moment. More
and more people are thriving. Softly my
eyes shine.

Words echo inside my mind as laughter
falls behind slate blue eyes. Cautiously
I open my lips to speak yet no voice is heard
writing an open sentence.

Ah silence is necessary, now, yes?
Perhaps it is what draws patiences upon
the soul, absorbed deeply into the spirit.

Ah a breath is released and gratitude is
sung in a waltz.

La dear friend enjoy your quiet evening.
Hold tight to one day yes your circles will be woven
for all to see. Until then I hold them close,
cherishing, if I may.
