Salted skies
Salted green gray sky opens my eyes this morning.
Breezes that allure the soul just one peek outside.
Nevertheless how horrid the standings of mass
copper. Ah yes awake I am.
Giving thanks to Jehovah for my ragged breath
this morning. Ah but an inhale I did take. Softly the
mind opens and prepares for the day. A hope of a
prayer answered as the day forwards on.
Believing the glory in Jehovah's beauty, his
works. Even magnify as I undo the deep red curtains.
My spirit shines as I realize I must appear scary. La.
Away I go.
Hmm. Mandarin oranges, vanilla and soft
Egyptian musk appeal to my senses. Energizing and
pulling down any leftover kinks from slumber.
Slowly stretching as warm steam greets a huge
silly smile.
So much of alertness before the day carries me
to secular work. So much to inhale. So much to
enjoy. A slow ride into town with music blaring inside
my ears. Ah yes this is how the day of secular
work should begin.
So off I go twirling in my room preparing the
attire of reds and khakis. So happy. See the brilliance
of blues sparkling down into spirit. Yes. Yes I am
unique and ever grateful to one more day of joy
and breath in my lungs.
Are you?
