Against the sunlight
Looking out against the sunlight. Watching the
cooling shadows play slices through sunlight upon
green stalks.
Sighing as the words fall. One sentence crawls
across the next. Running.
Feel the breeze carrying me higher. Leaning into
the wind. Sounding the scents that absorb into the
world. Feeling the next wave crash over and tiny
hairs tickle.
Screaming, in head, are the silent murmurs hoping
for their ways laid upon lined parchment and soon
into the eye sight of several.
Hmm the sighs that escape. Rolling down from
button nose are the snorts. Ah the joy that is soaring
inside spirit.
At first being seated here on my balcony was
lonesome. Yet now I feel the love of Jehovah. The
whispers of wind.
The kisses of sunlight scrolling over the blue
skies. Bees and birds swirling before my eyes.
Ah yes Jehovah I understand. I may be here in
form alone but you are always listening. Giving me
the gentle reminders that I should never feel lonely.
So much is around me. Just open my eyes.
Once again the copper strands dance around
my pale, freckled face.
Thank you Jehovah for lifting me. Showing me
I am loved.
