A few Scriptures I refer to upon this day
Cooling breeze uplifting random strands of copper
sun. Echoing light softly kisses the greenery. Small
talks rush to completion.
I observe. Absorbing the warmth and leaning upon
Jehovah loving sigh. A hushed wind that allows my
spirit to soar within.
Seated and leaning back in chairs of bright
green. Enjoying my afternoon. Soaking in the joy that
I have been holding tightly upon. The sincere
gratitude of an amazing day. From rings to walk to
gentle day of work.
Silence sits with me momentarily. Inhaling the
beauty surrounding my eyes. A whisper that plays in
the air. I exhale deep and smoothly.
Opening my senses to look for opportunity in the
grandeur that Jehovah provided today. Shh. Listen.
Look. Feel Jehovah's kiss on your forehead. Now
smile.
Ah a small giggle escapes my lips. Flashes of
lights play across my eyelids. Simple is the memory.
High are the hopes of the evening.
Every step I glance to my side, holding my Bible.
Do you want to read my favorite Scripture? Do you?
(Micah 7:7 NWT)
I have so many more but this is one that takes me
to levels. The uncertainties in life, I wait for Jehovah.
Then Philippeans 4:6,7 (NWT) reminds me of not
to be worried, concern nor anxious. Plus to give
Jehovah the thanks for everything.
So many times I have used Colossians 3:13 (NWT)
as a kind reminder to myself that we all are
imperfect and that we may rub each other raw. Still
so many gracious Scriptures to kindly show us ways
to live. Another one I use to remember of people
who dislike or hate where I am, who I am is
Matthew 5:44 (NWT).
Small sighs that release as I remember the
difficulties of life at home, at work. I give thanks to
the smallest pieces of joy Jehovah places in front of
me. Pushing me over the trial and drawing me
closer.
So many times I have to step back. Sometimes
allow the tears to fall, the emotions be expressed.
How else do I learn?
So my dear friend, accept my Scriptures. Recall
how many times they have helped you. Look at how
much I have come. How many steps forward I have
gone. All I can hope is that you are encouraged as
much as I have been.
One Scripture at a time. A hug for you now.
Feeling once more the sunlight pouring down upon
my soul. The breeze uplifting bits of copper and
chilling the paleness with goose bumps but making
the spirit giggle in harmony with the birds.
So free.
