Dreary mornings do inspire

Truly amazing how a dreary Monday morning can
inspire so much. The awe of the simplicity in the wind.
How it chaps my lips and blew loose strands of
cinnamon, copper around my capped head.

I smiled as the squirrels raced and the birds played.
Not many people out when I was walking this morning.
Just those who were racing off to work or the children
dancing, playing in the cool morning light, waiting for
their bus to arrive. So quiet for a Monday except that
of the random song playing on my IPod.

Finishing my walk I head around towards my car,
for the sidewalk. Low and behold there was something
shiny catching my eye. A new gift. My eyes danced
with excitement and joy. I don't even breathe for a few
seconds. Just stunned.

All I can do is will myself up the steps into my
apartment. Adding these 3 to my other mementos.
Perhaps to use later or just to inspire me more. Then
the gifts draw me back to a coppery note that I saw
yesterday. So loved the design.

Slipping into my chair behind the "crafting table".
Ah what can I put my hands to work creating? Hmm
perhaps fixing two pendants for clients. So giddy.
Still so undecided on what to give to a young lady
who gave me such a gracious thank you card. Ah I
have two finished pieces still I find she deserves
something that works for her.

Oh dear friend I am stumped. Unsure what to
decide I ask Jehovah for help. Yes this may seem like
a simple decision but I cannot seem to decide.

Inspired by words I created a copper piece of my
own. Yet to understand why I use it so much is this:
whenever I see copper I think of Jehovah dropping
kisses everywhere. So this makes me smile more. Ah
to finally have a piece of my own, perhaps, one day.
Yes?

This copper creation is of copper chain, wire and clasp.
Also included are stones: red agate faceted circles,
goldstone medium nuggets and small rectangles.
Pendant is selenite wrapped in copper wire.
