A pretty, caged song of blues

Sitting here bouncing between listening to mom,
songs on IPod and rereading my lesson for meeting.
La don't ask how all that noise makes me concentrate
just know that it does.

Sights of blue and silvers entertained my eyes
today. Pretty pretty. Cannot imagine spending so
much time on any one project. I hope that changing
and pushing aside to conquer smaller projects was
involved. The only thing I ever spend more than
four hours on is a commissioned painting or clay
piece.

    Wow!

Ah now to relax a bit. Taking a spin in my
room to decide what color to place over paleness.
So many choices to choose from. Still I tend to
migrate towards blues, greens, black, gray and reds.
So sad with the palate that I have in my closet.
Too bad I cannot just ask someone what to choose.
Oh well.

Hmm. Now  singing to a song a little too loud.
Enjoying every moment to fullest then my stomach
grumbles and brings me back to reality. Hungry?
Perhaps. Giggling. Onward to kitchen I plan pasta
and fresh made tomato sauce. Hmm the aroma is
delicious.

Big grin as the steam fogs my glasses.

Goose bumps raise all along spine. Hmm thoughts
that sink deep within me. Closing eyes to hope big.
A silent prayer to Jehovah. Empty the mind for now.
Just soak in all that is around. One step at a time.

Hmm dare I say, one surprise at a time. Indeed the
rain has fallen all day today and I have stepped in
as many puddles as I could. The silliness I probably
displayed. Ah who cares? I enjoyed my laughter and
waterproof shoes to fullest.

Looking forward to seeing all that I can. Receiving
and gifting as much I am able.

So dear friend, I hope you enjoyed yourself and
are prepared for a grand evening. If not at least pray
for one.

I silently say hi from my point. A nod or a wave in
mind but ever done, no. Not until right moment
when all is good. So lots of hugs and hope sent your
way.

I dream, I hope one day voices can be heard. Until
then keeping optimism going. Big quirky, shy grin
graces my freckled cheeks.
