A joy in sunlight
Sun shines brightly down upon my eyes. Glare of
the cars tell me to close my eyes tightly. Holding in
the moment. Feeling of the sun falling down over
my face. How not to absorb myself for just a minute
or two? Would you?
Oh getting into the car was the hardest thing to do.
No surprises. Not wanting to shut out the sun for six
hours.
Ah how I keep pushing. Sooner and later I will
breathe the bit of freedom from secular work. This
I am so looking forward to.
So entering a cold, busy atmosphere I place a
smile upon my face. Trying my hardest to keep it
there no matter what comes my way. This I thank
Jehovah for.
So friends, family if you happen to be out and
about make a detour to my workplace. Faces of
familiarity are very comforting in this chaotic world.
Now seated. Awaiting the punch to clock in. Hmm.
All positive thoughts. Who knows, a surprise might be
around the next corner. All I need to do is hope, yes?
So say a prayer for me, for all those who surround
you, all that are in your thoughts in hopes the day
is well.
I did one for you. All of you. Be joyful. Listen to
music. Be creative. Enjoy the moments in the sunlight.
I smile now. Thank you dear friend.
