Well noted
A word to tickle the skin. The
softest hello. A prayer to meditate
on all future inquiries. A heart
lifted of its burden, a whipser of
forgiveness.
Oh how I rushed to greet, to say
thank you yet the wind choked my
voice. Lost, confused yet I pushed.
Waiting to say right and still nothing
exits my lips.
Flustered to pink then red. Uncertain
why currently stumbling upon a
simple phrase. What is holding back?
Pride? A worry?
Then a hug escaped and graced my
shoulders, my arms. Motionless
I glared at all the overwhelming senses.
Tears fall as I created a glow of
happiness. A joy that echoed deep,
throughout my soul, straight into
my spirit.
Still proving self. Understated is
the emotion, the gratitude of forgiveness
given.
A smile glistens over my face. A memory
etched in time, in mind.
Thanking Jehovah for an answered
prayer and sisters for pursuing, attaining.
Well noted.
