Funny that looking over past writings, they still can apply to today.

Saved Me
was written April 17,1995 - still applies now.

     You touched my
heart. Warmed my life.
      Kissed my soul
Hugged my spirit.

     You opened me
when I wouldn't let
     anyone in.
You saved me from
     the claws
of death. You were
     there when
I thought I had
     no one.

     You loved me
even when I said
     I hated you.
You took my hand
     and guided
me to the light. You
     told me
about your troubles
     and tried
to understand mine.
    You spoke
of a new life but
    with only
me in it. You spoke
    of love,
happiness and joy.
