A mended breeze

Sun shines bright over a grave. Two women
of extreme different lives, standing, talking over
memories of a mother and child.

Odd how one passing brings closer the ties of
lost family. Rekindling broken families. Jehovah is
good for the show of love there.

Ah how the hours fall fast. The conversations
long and much needed.

I sit back and observe. Just being quiet as the
echoes attach themselves to the wind. Softly I smile
seeing my family laugh over trying memories. I
sit here listening to the wind roll over the trees and
lift my random strands. Playing a calming dance
for my eyes to see and my paleness to feel.

Softly the whispers of the day become so prominent
upon the breeze. The blue skies break open the
yellowing of the sun.

The love from one name, one word that just opens
my cornflower blues to find tears awaiting their call
from almond shaped corners. Ah I do so cradle the
joy of Jehovah holding me tight in these moments.

The wind pulls my eyes to look up and around, to
give thanks to Jehovah for all that uplifts the spirit.
From leaves whistling in the breeze to the dandylions
ruling the fields to the soaring birds. All grandness
and still so small, Jehovah finds a way to help all his
children.

So much is answered. One hope heard. A small
opening to so many doors. Such wonderful joy is
created, making way for the widest grin to be placed
upon chipmunk cheeks.

Ah here I am thankful that the plea of new
friendships formed within families. The dreams
roaming in my sleep are quiet but the thoughts, the
memories rumble loud. Vibrating the entire soul
of paleness to such grandeur that shock holds
clear of mind.

Distance I am still holding, uncertain of what comes
next. Still all of me is leaning on the surprises of
Jehovah. Answers that Jehovah will place before me
in due time.

So my dearest friend if Jehovah can mend a torn
family in shock I can only imagine what he can do
with our friendship. I look forward to seeing,
experiencing what will be there. Don't you?
