Reflective windows

The day has run away from me. Such a grandness indeed. Slowly unwinding into the view of coolness. Obviously loud music in my ears makes me appreciate more and more of shutting down my overthinking brain. Makes me realize silence really is golden. Well not quite silence in words but in emotions and thoughts, absolutely.

To find where nothing holds a need of a voice but that of a poem. Just random thoughts that rattle inside my mind. None of  negativity. The recollection of positive writings from the past leap forward on hard parchment. Truly a find when you clean around your library. Even more so is to find your childhood writings and see what was important in your youth. Looking over some of the words, truly make me chuckle.

Silliness of lost love and troublesome teenage years. Indeed in points of life they mean EVERYTHING. Yet now so trivial. Just shows everything teaches us a lesson or builds something deep within us. Either changing or improving. Remarkable how many people couldn't understand in those years only now see the greatest importance of the words, now.

Yet some pictured stanzas sound similar even today. That there are circles in life that repeat until growth happens. Truly a blessing to keep being reminded of such small details in life. As though the need to dig deeper, swim longer into the meaning, the knowledge of the situations.

At times I am sad about the repetitiveness but I get it now. We always need reminders. That helps us grow into better people. Who knows, maybe we experience these things so that we can help others later. I don't claim to know that reasoning I am just grateful to receive the information again. Youth and now, two decades later.

Indeed spots that help and also remove, always grand. A sigh rests inside my mind. My emotions are stirring only long enough for me to close the door again. I whisper to myself, just look outside. The window is reflecting the wind and the lightened sky. Just focus.

Now onward to hopes of a ton of smiles.
