A new day

Days of hellos echo around me. They
dance throughout my spirit.  As yesterday
pulls away into a brand new today, I
carefully listen to the ramble of my thoughts.
Challenging myself to make new goals and
following through to achievement.

A soft giggle emerges. The smirk caresses
the mind with a gentleness as the warm
air sends shivers up my legs. I listen to the
soft whispers of the leaves.

Quite beautiful is the navy sky all decorated
with twinkles. A sense of completion
rings deep within my nerves. I expand to
allow the mind to speak in a voice only
the wind understands.

A tickle of a laughter crosses the
brightest light and sings the lowest
blues.

I sigh. Not overwhelmed by anything.
I am just admitting how happy I am.
A small gesture to thanksgiving of Jehovah.
Enough to recognize my elation and
perseverance, strength, comes from him.

As the eyes begin to be hazy I let the coolness
allow me to sting the blanket with love. The
joy I allow and the happiness that sinks deep
to my spirit reminds me of just how
important friendships can be.

A true understanding. Wisdom to help
grow. Its that goodness that brings me to
cloudy pair of glasses. Inside I am
bursting with delight at just how
remarkable one person can be given
as a support system.

How else do I end the night but
give thanks to Jehovah for a treat.
