A plea of strengthening help

Strive as I may but the currents are tearing at my soul.
Oh Jehovah I call for your help as the spirit drives the wedges
of strength deep within me. Pulling, uplifting the eyes to
view the righteous calm of your love.

Shh the mind screams attack against all the negativity
that sets upon my eyelids. Oh Jehovah I ask for your strength
to give me more courage to step forward for my spiritual
goals. I need your support in the travels I may take, the
journeys that may twist. I need, Jehovah, for your guidance
to help me speak of the paths I want to pursue.

I pray ever so softly to Jehovah for the gentle calming
before the raging battles I may encounter. Oh I hope for
the courage to make others understand that you are the
only one I place before all.

A sigh echoes from my lungs. Exhaling from my rosy
lips. Oh hear my cry for guidance my Father, my Friend,
Jehovah.

One by one the steps become stronger and the confidence
exalting. Oh the breath held deep now only feels like water.
No longer the drowning sensation of heaviness pleads down
upon my soul. Ah so gentle is the love of a Father to one of
his children.

A smile tickles my pale skin and freckles glow a
strengthening hug. Giggles fall open to a million words of
gratitude. Still only one really says all that is necessary.
A small phrase that sends chills into the humid air: I'm
yours.

Does that just sing inside your spirit? To admit that
Jehovah is who you want to trust? Oh I rejoice and dance
around the room.

Now to prepare for the open admission to millions. I am
ready. Jehovah I hope you will help me.
