A lasting impression

Words twirl vibrantly throughout my mind. A
hold over a descending waterfall. Here I stand hoping
for a smile to stay motionless long enough to snap a
cheesy photo.

Yes a lasting impression dares to hold the face,
the eyes in a calling of stunned words. Can you hear the
laughter that controls the soundless waves? Oh how the
crashing starts and the mind sends a roar of silence down
upon crisp cut grass.

Snapping the twigs and ripping the leaves.
Unloading the emotions to come and open for all to hope
for. Single seconds tick away as the memories grasp in
steam and iron. Holding onto the lasting burn that itches for
a blaze.

Oh my words run circles over the ridges and
a tapping calms the spirit. Tiny are the healing drops of
water. Shh the words say inside the cooling wind.

I hope for the stain of permanent ink is cleared.
Holding only the faded images of happiness throughout the
trials of hatred. Oh how I recall just those pieces of seeds
inside the growing earth. Unraveling, spreading wide is the
knowledge given.

So hold me tight, I whisper into the sun light. Hold
me close, I think loudly into a silent wave of overwhelming
love. Shh I hold my hand out to all who want to join.
Patting the seat next to me, will you sit and enjoy the
Truth of Jehovah with me?
