Did you know?

              Alas the lights flicker and the cold blue
glaze begins. Softening the bittered workday to a
zone of mellowness.

              Pardon the silence while I back away from
yesterday and pawn myself, my dreams upon
tomorrow. A distance of hello seems to hollow to
beg for and a scowl is too demanding.

             Listening to the crackling of limbs, fired
to a depth of emotion. Best to close my eyes long
enough to fight the distain of grating fingernails.

              Softly the ringing in the atmosphere finds
a room and laughter quakes the mind. Such irony
fetches a hint of glistening tears.

               Dare I speak in waterfall. Ah yet the
spirit soars with disgust of singed copper. Dare I
cope with the evening?

               Indeed the sigh wrestles its way from my
lips. Parting the molecules of space long enough to
halt the view. Single steps made towards today.

               All that was necessary was encouragement.
Still the words vibrantly stayed in thought. A silent
contender none saw.

              A, perhaps, weighed there while the hope
of a yes remained. Still the placement of perchance
on any soul is idiotic. Indeed shown a million times
over and still rolling digits.

           At last a taste of the "convience" of a courtesy.
One day it won't be missed when the ideas lay
before me. In that time I will wander. Seemingly
doused in liquid fire. Just a judgement
found. Lost.
