Shh just observe
Sailing into a calmed wind. Holding onto the
words of a sigh. Hoping for the right things to be placed
before the stars. The holding of memories, the held back
tears that ache to fall. Oh how I just allow all to be set
free. Escaping inside the cooling night breeze.
Setting the whispers to echoing lyrics of a
midnight waltz. Clarity rings true to the vocals of strings.
The drawings of smiles that were hidden. The softest
of lighting of sapphire blue. Shh just observe.
Showing the openness of who I am to anyone
who wants to learn, who wants to love. Shh just observe.
Hoping that the smile forms across the sky. The one
that brings the brightest of skips and deepest parts of
peace.
Oh the light, gentle giggles that fall into the
graceful bits of a memory. Childhood gathers. The flairs
of decadence in a tiny bit of joy. Oh shh just observe
the childish leaps. Hold onto the need to learn more.
Lean into the sighting and sigh.
I love the swirls of curled warm breaths inside
the chill of the night air. Just inhaling the sharpness.
The widest of grins hold a stain across my pale, freckled
face. A small dance brings my eyes closed. So suddenly
the grasp of a familiar reel opens. The funny bits of me
unfold. Shh just observe.
So quickly the laughter finds a home inside
the spirit. Soaring high is the vibrancy of love. Oh how
so badly is the hold upon this viewing, the reality
displayed. Ever clear is the radiance I hold deep within
me. All that is necessary to have, to hold is to just ask.
Shh just observe, that is, until words form. Unyielding
inside your mind. Open them upon your thoughts. Allow
them air, rolling over your voice.
Here is the pureness of simplicity. One bit of
me. The pieces that are folded in such pockets of
tightness. Oh how they want to get out. Yet all I can do
is stand, hoping that the observation of the sigh of wind,
exhaled, invites you to ask, to wonder.
